Winter Months - The Whistler, Squamish and Pemberton
regions are blanketed in snow during the winter. Snow falls consistently
at the higher elevations creating a winter wonderland of adventures
for many winter activities. Some of the popular activities include downhill
skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, heli-skiing, dogsledding,
snowmobiling, off roading or snow shoeing.
Summer Months - The wildlife awakens and the landscape
turns a vibrant green in the summer months surrounding Whistler, Squamish
and Pemberton Villages. The flora and fauna bud, blossom and burst into
blues, greens, reds and yellows brightening up the mountain trails and
valleys. The region becomes a prime destination for the avid hiker,
backpacker, off-roader, river rafter, horseback rider, rock climber,
wind surfer, kiteboarder, golfer, kayaker , canoer and mountain biker.
